The Jabin Boatyard Project in Annapolis Maryland consisted of removal of an existing warehouse building and infrastructure. Tree removal and extensive grading of the existing wooded and gravel lots was completed. Over 400 lineal feet of retaining wall and aluminum guard rail fence was installed and over 80,000 square feet of asphalt creating 40 new parking spaces. A new 50’ x 80’ two-story mixed-use building was constructed including new electrical, water, septic and elevator services. The first floor of the two-story building included a tenant fit out with finished office space and warehouse area. The second floor consists of three white box office spaces for future tenants. The project also met the requirements of keeping adjacent businesses open during the duration of the project.
