Completed construction of a 3 story, 16,900 square foot, timber-framed building. The project included complicated site work, extensive grading, parking lots, new water service, and installation of a state-of-the-art environmentally friendly stormwater management system. This unique building features 38 feet high ceilings in the main ballroom, a grand staircase to the second level, a balcony overlooking the entire space, food & beverage service, a commercial kitchen, and a private bridal dressing room. The building is the future home to the Atreeum at Soaring Timbers event venue managed by Columbus Club in partnership with Knights of Columbus Annapolis.
