Brown Contracting recently completed this renovation of office space into an industrial chemical laboratory at Clean Harbors in Baltimore, MD. The tenant improvement included the renovation of a 1920s historical industrial building into a modern chemical laboratory with state-of-the-art equipment, fume extraction hood systems, and new mechanical and make-up air systems. High-build chemical-resistant flooring was installed, and renovations to the plant locker room and restrooms were completed. Additionally, a new electrical supply. and gas service was installed. The renovation also included the restoration and installation of recycled laboratory cabinets and slate tops.
