Brown Contracting has completed the new Chesapeake Region Accessible Boating (CRAB) campus located on Back Creek in Annapolis Maryland. The CRAB campus construction included complete site work, utilities and permeable paving, critical area storm water management and three new ADA compliant buildings. The Learning Center Building features a standing seam metal roof integrated with low profile solar panels and glass curtain wall panels for 180 degree views of beautiful Back Creek and the CRAB sailing dock. The Boathouse provides storage, lockers, and restroom facilities for CRAB sailing participants. CRAB, a Maryland Non-Profit organization, serves people with disabilities by providing certification courses, sailboat and powerboat training, recreational therapy, and access to the waters of the Chesapeake Bay
