Ground up construction of a class, a retail/office commercial building. It is located in one of Maryland’s premier marina complexes, Herrington Harbour North. The water front influenced design incorporates dramatic exterior detailing.
Base Building
Located at the Herrington Harbour Marina, the existing 1980’s West Marine building was entirely renovated going from 6,000 sq feet to over 15,000 sq ft including a new 2nd floor office space. During the major renovation and site improvements, the West Marine Store was kept in total operation. The project included entire renovation and addition to mechanical and electrical systems, addition of a fire suppression system along with the high end exterior and interior finishes.
