The original structure was a 1940’s movie theater updated to provide a modern office environment. This work concludes the final phase of renovations and nearly doubles the building’s available office space.  The project utilized many aspects of sustainable construction methods and has achieved a LEED Silver Certification issued by the United State Green Building Council.
